Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WILDPOST website and the wild posting, street projection, and guerrilla marketing services (the "Services") offered by Wildpost Studios ("we", "us"). By booking a campaign or using our site you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We post physical campaign creative in the cities and quantities described in the package you book. Exact locations are selected at our discretion based on availability, foot traffic, and local regulations. Posting windows are estimates and may shift due to weather, permits, or supply.

2. Creative & Content

You are responsible for the legality and ownership of any creative you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to print, post, and photograph your creative for fulfillment and proof of posting. We may decline creative that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or that we judge unsafe for public posting.

3. Payment

Campaigns are billed at the time of booking through our payment processor. Prices include applicable taxes when Stripe-managed tax handling is enabled. All amounts are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Proof of Posting

We deliver geo-tagged proof photos within 7 days of the posting window completing. If photos are not delivered, you may request a re-post or a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the campaign giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
