Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel a campaign for a full refund up to 7 days before the posting window starts. Cancellations within 7 days are eligible for a 50% refund because creative production and crew scheduling have already begun. Once posting has started, the campaign is non-refundable.

Failed delivery

If we are unable to deliver the agreed number of postings or fail to provide proof photos within 7 days of the end of the posting window, you are entitled to a re-post or a full refund — your choice.

Creative rejected

If we decline your creative under the Terms of Service, you may submit revised artwork or request a full refund within 14 days of booking.

How to request a refund

Email hello@wildpostingcampaigns.com with your order ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
