This Privacy Policy describes how Wildpost Studios ("we") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or book a campaign.
Information we collect
Account & booking data: name, email, phone, company, and campaign details you submit.
Payment data: handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, device type, and a session identifier used to measure funnel conversion.
How we use it
To deliver your campaign, send transactional emails (booking confirmation, proof photos), prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
We share data only with processors who help us run the Services: Stripe (payments), our cloud database and email providers, and analytics tooling we operate ourselves. Each acts under a written data-processing agreement.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session, authentication, and conversion measurement. Stripe sets cookies on the embedded checkout. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@wildpostingcampaigns.com. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.
Retention
We retain booking and order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Marketing contact info is kept until you unsubscribe.
